Good Afternoon Health Heads :)

Today I wanna chat about being resourceful.  Resourcefulness is all about solving problems!  In regards to our health, there are always problems that need solved, and we can identify those problems, but solving them isn't as easy.  This cycle is usually the main cause for dropping out of the game of conscious health.  BUT PEOPLE, its 2013!!!  There are endless amounts of resources out there waiting for you to take advantage of them ;).  Lets talk more about this cycle...

1. Awareness of a problem
2. Identify the cause
3. Find all possible solutions
4. Choose the best solution
5. Try it out
6. If it fails, choose another route and continue till one works -- If it works, pat yourself on the back, and wait for the next problem to arise!

Where do you fall off the wagon?  Think about it.

However, back to the main point of this post... after steps one and two, resourcefulness can give you that extra edge in this game of life.  #3. Find all possible solutions.  Go out there and find the perfect solution to your health or happiness problem.  Don't be afraid to ask someone else for help, whether its a knowledgable friend, or a professional.  Don't be afraid to use an app for that.  Don't be afraid to "go within" (meditate).  Don't be afraid if the solution for your problem is different than everyone else's.  Pay attention to clues to any problems with in your health / happy journey, and don't be afraid to be a problem solver.

Resourcefulness ---> knowledge ---> power  ---*you have the power to take control of your health and happiness.

Here are two links to older posts of mine that will be helpful resources along with this topic ;) --check them out.

choose whichever exercise to start with: 10reps of exercise one, 1rep of exercise two
THEN ----> 9reps of exercise one, 2reps of exercise two ----> continue in this manner until you've completely switched to doing exercise one 1time, and exercise two 10times :)

5mins (depending on your fitness level)
10 walking lunges
5 burpees
get as many rounds in as you can in 5mins :)

COOL DOWN and stretch when you are finished.
To make this work out longer than 15mins, repeat it to your allotted amount of time
